Self-guided itineraries with no guide or supervision during the hike.

3. Bookings

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

Bookings are made via our website or by contacting us directly.

A booking is confirmed once the required deposit (or full payment where specified) has been received and you receive confirmation from us.

4. Payments

Prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

You may secure your booking by paying a deposit as detailed at the time of booking.

Deposits are non-refundable. They are required to secure your place and cover advance costs such as accommodation and activities.

The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in your confirmation.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Customer cancellations

Once a deposit is paid, it is non-refundable if you cancel for any reason.

If you have paid more than the deposit amount, any refund of amounts above the non-refundable deposit will be handled according to the cancellation terms provided at booking.

We recommend appropriate travel or activity insurance to cover cancellation due to illness, injury, or other unforeseen events.

Our cancellations

Self-guided itineraries

You accept responsibility for your own safety and decision-making.

Conditions (weather, access, terrain) can change; you must assess suitability before and during your hike.

We do not supervise or assist during self-guided hikes.

7. Weather and Route Changes

Outdoor conditions can change rapidly. We may alter routes, timings, or itineraries for safety reasons.

Route changes or adjustments do not automatically entitle you to a refund.

8. Liability

Guided experiences

We take reasonable care to ensure safety, but participation is at your own risk.

We are not liable for loss, damage, or injury except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Self-guided itineraries

These are provided for planning purposes.

You undertake self-guided activities at your own risk.

We are not liable for incidents, injury, or loss during self-guided hikes except where required by law.
