How do I book a tour?
Please complete a booking request form on our website, and we’ll be in contact via email to confirm your place! If you have any questions before booking, please contact us.
Must I pay the full amount upfront?
An immediate payment in full isn't required. Instead, a non-refundable deposit of just £100 is required at the time of booking to secure your place. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of the trip. Please note that the deposit will not be returned in the event of cancellation by the participant.
What happens if the weather is poor?
We believe there's no such thing as bad weather, only unsuitable clothing! Our hikes and activities will continue to run in most conditions, but your safety is a priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, we may amend the route, offer an alternative plan, or cancel if necessary.
Can I join on my own?
Absolutely. Many of our guests join on their own, and you’ll be warmly welcomed into the group. Our hikes are as much about shared experiences as they are about the landscapes we explore.
Can I request changes to the itinerary?
Our tours are carefully planned, and can't be changed. However, if you have a particular route, location, or experience in mind, we offer a bespoke planning service and would love to help create something just for your group. Please contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss options.
Who are Soul to Summit adventures for?
Our adventures are open to anyone aged 18 and over. Groups are mixed and welcoming, often with solo travellers, and are made up of people keen to explore new places, and taking on exciting challenges.
